6th Annual Military Hobby Show

Hosted by the Ottawa Service Battalion Association on Sunday, 2 June, 2019 at the Major E.J.G. Holland VC Armoury.

Featured:

  • Vendors of Militaria items (medals, badges, clothing, etc.)
  • Used Military Books & Magazines for sale
  • A Flea Market of military items for sale
  • Hobby display & packaging supplies for sale
  • Vendors of Military Modelling items (including plastic and diecast models of military vehicles, aircraft & ships)
  • Displays and vendors of Toy Soldiers
  • Displays of Military Models
  • Information tables and displays (from Ottawa area Hobby clubs, and military related organizations)
  • Displays from the Ottawa Service Battalion Museum and from active Reserve Units

Entrance Fee: $5 (free for OSBA members and children 14 and under)
Free parking

Proceeds from the Show will support the Ottawa Service Battalion Association and 2332 Major E.JG. Holland VC Armoury Royal Canadian Army Cadet Corps.

    Learn about Pension Benefits at the next CAF Pension Lunch and Learn.

    This session is an overview of the CAF pension and the different benefits. Learn when you can retire, what pension benefits exist and what the difference is between the old and the new rules.

    Deputy Minister Jody Thomas is excited to host the next Coffee Talk. These informal sessions provide a small group of Defence Team members the opportunity to share coffee with the DM and discuss important issues at Defence - big and small. These coffee sessions will provide you with the unique occasion to learn about the leadership’s key goals and priorities and for the DM to learn about what is top-of-mind for military and civilian members across the Defence Team.

    The next Coffee Talk will take place in Ottawa on Monday, 24 June 2019 and you are invited to participate.
