Mental Health Co-Champion, Vice Chief of the Defence Staff Lieutenant-General Jean-Marc Lanthier, is pleased to host a Bell Let’s Talk Breakfast on January 29 from 8:00 – 9:00 a.m. at Carling Campus focusing on mental health in the workplace. He will be joined by special guest and his Mental Health Co-Champion, Deputy Minister Jody Thomas.

This breakfast will provide a unique opportunity to learn about leadership’s key goals and priorities and for them to learn about what is top-of-mind for military and civilian members across the Defence Team.

The goal of BLT Day is to help end the stigma surrounding mental illness and support mental health initiatives around the country by talking, texting, and tweeting about mental health. So, let’s talk and encourage the normalization and continuity of this important conversation.
