    Please join us at the 9th annual Charity Golf Tournament in support of the Military Family Resource Centre of the National Capital Region (MFRC-NCR), proudly hosted by Canadian Forces Chief Warrant Officer Kevin West.

    Register today for the Navy Bike ride!

     

    Registration is now open for the annual Navy Bike Ride in the National Capital Region, set for Saturday, June 9, 2018.

     

    This fun family event is open to cyclists of all skill levels and all ages, including beginners. It’s a non-competitive ride that will take cyclists through downtown Ottawa and Gatineau, right by Parliament Hill. Bike trailers, child seats and trailer cycles are welcome so even the littlest members of the family can join in.

     

    Serving CAF members looking for a greater challenge can compete in the Admiral’s Cup, the military category for the GPCG Medio Fondo, a 52 km timed race taking place on Saturday, June 10, 2018. Awards and prizes will be given out to the top three male and top three female military competitors.

     

    Proceeds will go to the Royal Canadian Naval Benevolent Fund and to Support our Troops. Let’s promote physical fitness and raise awareness of the Royal Canadian Navy here in the National Capital Region, while giving back to our naval families in need.

     

    Registration pricing:

     

    • $40 for ADULTS & YOUTH 13 & OVER (either distance)

     

    • $15 for CHILDREN 12 & UNDER (on their own bicycles)

     

    • $100 for the Family Package (Two adults and unlimited children)
