On the first day of Fitness Christmas
my PSP Fitness Instructor said to me:
Do 1 minute of battle rope tied to a tree

On the second day of Fitness Christmas
my PSP Fitness Instructor said to me:
Do 2 kettle bell swings
and 1 minute of battle rope tied to a tree

On the third day of Fitness Christmas
my PSP Fitness Instructor said to me:
Do 3 medicine ball slams
2 kettle bell swings
and 1 minute of battle rope tied to a tree

On the fourth day of Fitness Christmas
my PSP Fitness Instructor said to me:
Do 4 pull-ups
3 medicine ball slams
2 kettle bell swings
and 1 minute of battle rope tied to a tree

On the fifth day of Fitness Christmas
my PSP Fitness Instructor said to me:
Do 5 hip thrusts
4 pull-ups
3 medicine ball slams
2 kettle bell swings
and 1 minute of battle rope tied to a tree

On the sixth day of Fitness Christmas
my PSP Fitness Instructor said to me:

Do 6 deadlifts
5 hip thrusts
4 pull-ups
3 medicine ball slams
2 kettle bell swings
and 1 minute of battle rope tied to a tree

On the seventh day of Fitness Christmas
my PSP Fitness Instructor said to me:
Do 7 laps of swimming
6 deadlifts
5 hip thrusts
4 pull-ups
3 medicine ball slams
2 kettle bell swings
and 1 minute of battle rope tied to a tree

On the eighth day of Fitness Christmas
my PSP Fitness Instructor said to me:
do 8 20-meter sprints
7 laps of swimming
6 deadlifts
5 hip thrusts
4 pull-ups
3 medicine ball slams
2 kettle bell swings
and 1 minute of battle rope tied to a tree

On the ninth day of Fitness Christmas
my PSP Fitness Instructor said to me:
Do 9 push-ups
8 20-meter sprints
7 laps of swimming
6 deadlifts
5 hip thrusts
4 pull-ups
3 medicine ball slams
2 kettle bell swings
and 1 minute of battle rope tied to a tree

On the tenth day of Fitness Christmas
my PSP Fitness Instructor said to me:
Do 10 burpees
9 push-ups
8 20-meter sprints
7 laps of swimming
6 deadlifts
5 hip thrusts
4 pull-ups
3 medicine ball slams
2 kettle bell swings
and 1 minute of battle rope tied to a tree

On the eleventh day of Fitness Christmas
my PSP Fitness Instructor said to me:
Do 11 inch worms
10 burpees
9 push-ups
8 20-meter sprints
7 laps of swimming
6 deadlifts
5 hip thrusts
4 pull-ups
3 medicine ball slams
2 kettle bell swings
and 1 minute of battle rope tied to a tree

On the twelfth day of Fitness Christmas
my PSP Fitness Instructor said to me:
Do 12 diagonal lunges
11 inch worms
10 burpees
9 push-ups
8 20-meter sprints
7 laps of swimming
6 deadlifts
5 hip thrusts
4 pull-ups
3 medicine ball slams
2 kettle bell swings
and 1 minute of battle rope tied to a tree
